Log in
To log into your Energy Portal please request your project URL from an Energenie representative. e.g. https://energenie.energy-portal.com.au/
The Portal will prompt you to log in using Google OAuth.
If you already have an account with Google, this can be used to log into the system.
If you do not have a Google account you can easily set one up here: link
When setting up your Googler account username, you can use your @businessname.com.au email address (e.g. @energenie.com.au), simply click the “use my current email address instead” option during the set up phase.
Once you have set up an account with Google, they can be used to log into the system.
On first log in to the portal you will have No Access. Please contact an existing admin user within the system to provide your with adequate access. Otherwise contact your Energenie representative to provide you the appropriate access.

Menu Overview
- Home - known as the Dashboard and where you will find all the reports available for your site.
- Agreements - Where you manage tenant/lot owner details. e.g. move in, move outs, etc.
- Invoices - Stored copy of all system invoices which can be exported as pdf or emailed out.
- Site Usage - Input your gate meter electricity costs and usage to be used for site profitability reports.
- Units - management of meters and how usage data comes into the portal.
- Plans - set and update the usage and fixed rates charged on invoices.
- Users - manage user access into the portal.
- System- Admin tools.
- Profile - update your user account details
