Logging into the portal
To access your Energy Portal, please obtain your portal URL from an Energenie representative .e.g https://energenie.energy-portal.com.au/
Your portal manages access using Google OAUTH. If you already have an account with Google simply log in using your Google credentials.
If you don’t have a Google account, you can quickly set one up for free here
When setting up your username, you can use your @businessname.com.au email address (e.g. @energenie.com.au), simply click the “use my current email address instead” option during the set up phase (see below).
Once you have set up Google account, simply log in using your new Google account credentials.
Upon first login you will have no access. Contact an admin user within the system to provide you with adequate user privileges, alternatively contact an Energenie representative for appropriate access.
